Brinson, Williams and Groomes Insurance is a locally-owned, independent insurance agency, originally established as Brinson and Dixon Insurance in May of 2002 by J David Brinson. As a full-service agency, we specialize in auto, homeowners, commercial and life insurance.
In July of 2014, Kyle Williams and Delores Groomes were made partners in the agency thus creating Brinson, Williams and Groomes Insurance. Even though the name changed, we have not changed our core values as an agency. We strongly focus on servicing our clients’ needs and putting their best interest as our top priority. Our staff is eager to assist our clients and our dedication to customer service is what sets us apart from the competition.
In addition to auto, home, commercial and life insurance, we also offer other lines of business, including: umbrella policies, motorcycle insurance, mobile home insurance, flood insurance and RV insurance. We can also help you with all your business needs. Whether you are looking for general liability, workers compensation or business auto, our staff is ready to help.

We now have two locations to better serve our client’s needs. Our original office is located in Statesboro, Georgia and our new second location in Metter, Georgia. Our Metter office is run by Chris Webb. Chris has more than 30 years of experience helping the Candler County community with all of their insurance needs. He has spent those years building a reputation for helping others that is 2nd to none. We are licensed for the state of Georgia and service clients in our surrounding counties and throughout the entire state of Georgia.
